For the first time ever, Eurotour goes to Italy.

Ciao! Bienvenuti in Italia.
A warm and sunny welcome to the very first Eurotour in the Italian Alps. With participants coming from Belgium, Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands, South Africa, Switzerland and the UK we look forward to meeting new friends, renewing old acquaintances and discovering the Lakes and Mountains of Northern Italy. The route takes us across the border from Italy to Switzerland and back again, exploring the breathtaking mountain scenery around Lago Maggiore.
The Hotels
For the weekend of the Eurotour we have exclusively reserved two hotels located on the picturesque lake shore of Lago Maggiore. Hotel Villa Paradiso and Hotel Bel Sit are just a five minute walk apart. For dinner in the evening we will all get together at Hotel Villa Paradiso.
Hotel Bel Sit offers a variety of rooms with views of the lake and the hills. There are also two suites with the option of three people sharing. Just like Hotel Villa Paradiso, Hotel Bel Sit is reserved exclusively for us for the weekend of the Eurotour and has its own jetty.
The Beach
Each hotel has its own private beach and a pool for our exclusive enjoyment with spectacular views of Lago Maggiore and the mountains.
The Breakfast
Italian breakfast includes not only coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice, a selection of meats and cheeses but also a delicious selection of cakes. All with panoramic views of the lake and the mountains.
Car Park with a View
Hotel Villa Paradiso has parking for all the cars on the grounds behind the hotel. Hotel Bel Sit has underground parking for nine cars with spectacular views of Lago Maggiore. The picture above shows the view from the underground car park.
Day One: Friday, 24.09.2027
After arrival and checking in to the hotels, we will take a boat trip to the Borromean Islands. One boat will depart directly from the jetty at Hotel Bel Sit and two boats from the jetty at Hotel Villa Paradiso. We will sail around the islands and spend around an hour on Isola dei Pescatori before returning for dinner at Hotel Villa Paradiso.
Day Two: The Grand Tour
We drive along the shore of Lago Maggiore ...
...and into Switzerland on narrow winding mountain roads.
Day Three: The Museum
On the third day we will visit the Museo Storico Alfa Romeo and marvel at legendary classics from six decades of Italian automotive design on display and in the Storage Room. After lunch at the museum we may visit the private collection of a famous design house located nearby. (Watch this space)

The Programme
Although there is still more than a year to go until the start of the Eurotour Italia 2027, the preparations have begun. The preliminary programme is as follows:
Friday
24 September 2027

Saturday
25 September 2027
After breakfast we head north along the shore of Lago Maggiore passing through picturesque towns and villages before we cross the frontier to Switzerland. Skirting the town of Ascona, we head into the mountains where we will follow narrow, winding mountain roads before stopping for lunch at the pretty little town of Druogno. The second leg of the journey takes us along the shores of Lago d'Orta before returning for dinner at Hotel Villa Paradiso.
Sunday
26 September 2027
After breakfast we head east to Arese where we will visit the Centro Storico Alfa Romeo. We will have the opportunity to see the cars on display and the storage room of the museum with exhibits which are not on display. We will take lunch at the museum and may also visit a private collection nearby.
On Sunday evening we will put on our finest costumes for a party on the theme of "La Dolce Vita".

After breakfast it will be time to say Arrivederci, Buon viaggio and Good Bye.
